Alex was very easy to deal with , no pushy sales tactics. He gave me what I wanted for trade in on my car. While getting car ready for service they noticed a rattle on the engine so Alex rang me to tell me he was going to put new cam chain kit on as he wasn’t comfortable in me having the car like that. All work was done with original Vauxhall parts & incurring over 22hrs work . Also put new glow plugs & injector seals , all at his expense. Don’t know any other garage that look after customers like that!! The car came with full service , 12 months MOT & standard 6 month warranty Very impressed with service , I have already recommended friends about them , one of which has just bought car from them & I will always look at there cars first if I get another new car. First class garage offering first class service.

Very impressed with the service I received when I bought a Mercedes E350 Coupé recently just before the COVID-19 lockdown. Alex was polite, helpful, and nothing was too much trouble. They even dropped the car off at work for me. I am delighted with the car. Great experience from start to finish and managed a good trade in price they sorted the finance out with no problems Also to note they offer 12 months mot which the car I bought was tested before I picked it up and knowing what a lot of car dealers are like they usually put it through the mot as cheaply as possible this can’t be said for this company as being in the trade Myself I know they would usually fit cheap parts but not the case here brand new tyres of a really good brand and not budgets also the mot is done properly things that some testers may advise was failed and new parts fitted like windscreen and suspension arms can’t give more than five stars or i would

Easy and quick to deal with pain free Wanted a audi a3 for ages and really liked the idea of a black edition see a good example at fleet road garage and gave them a call The person i dealt with was very friendly and chatting Put me at ease right away i had a test drive in the car fell in love right away There was a bit missing off the back bumper and that was ordered in and fitted b4 inpicked the car up at no extra cost to me they even took me old car of me as part x ( weird seeing it on auto trader) m very happy with my overall experiance and would use these guys again

Made a trip up to the UK to pick up a Land Rover and found a very nice one they had for sale. My situation was a little odd being from out of country but was taken care of without problem, even staying late to sort things out. Highly recommended!

Excellent seller. From start to finish Alex was friendly, honest and couldn't do enough for me. I had a 2 hour drive to view the vehicle I liked and he had a coffee in front of me in minutes. Explained things clearly and sorted everything out very professionally. Great car sales company.

Excellent, reliable, genuine garage! Days on end searching for the perfect car as a surprise birthday gift for my partner & found one which Fleet road garage was selling. From calling to enquire to actually visiting to view the car on the same day Alex was a friendly, honest & genuine person to deal with, with ease from start to finish. Communication was excellent from agreeing the sale to picking it up (travelled from Leicester). He even got the private number plates printed for us on collection free of charge! We had a issue with the car 5 months down the line which wasn't covered by the warranty & we was struggling to find a garage to repair at minimum cost.. As the car wasn't running they drove all the way down to Leicester to collect it on a trailer to take it back to Fleet to repair the car totally free of charge! What garage will do that for you 5 months from a sale? I can only write this review as a small thank you but I highly recommend this garage to anyone! I Will be back!

I purchased a high mileage Volvo XC90 last year from Alex but I wanted to wait a while before writing a review. 14000 happy miles later my car is driving like a dream, it gets a hard life with three kids a dog and a twin axle caravan which is towed all over the country on our hols. I saw a saab they had up for sale but with it being a 2 hour drive away I wanted to call and see if it was worth the trip. Spoke to Alex who was well mannered and honest, so I made the trip up as I felt it was worth going. Myself and my partner came to the garage which was very well presented and met Alex in person, he answered all of my questions (and there was loads as I’m nervy after previous poor experiences) and I must say with no pushy sales techniques whatsoever which was great. The car was as described and could find any faults and so we bought it. A month on the car has been faultless and has been a dream to own. Also may I add the aftersales has been nothing but professional, I’ve had to ask a few questions which may seem silly to some but Alex was superb. Will definitely use this garage again if they have the right car in stock to my needs, and can only recommend them to friends etc

Purchased a very nice car from these guys last week. Came with a full mot,fully serviced and fully valeted. Alex was very genuine and helpful throughout and offered an excellent customer service and had good knowledge of the car I was purchasing. Would recommend too all.

I saw this company had a golf like the one I was looking for. I live on the west coast of Ireland and a friend of mine knew of these people. Spoke to Al and bought the car. He picked me up from Luton airport and took me to the site. Car was just as described. Paid and set off for the 450 mile journey. No problems. To register a car in Ireland it has to go through a very stringent test which is far more in depth than the MOT. Very few cars get through without any advises. This one did and now I am sorted for the next 2 years. They dealt with me well and appear to be trustworthy. Would recommend.

I have been using Fleet road Garage for the Last 6 / 7 years, during this time I have purchased a couple of cars from Alex, the car sales Director. During that time the vehicles have never let me down once. Which proves a very good point, that Alex is extremely particular on any car he purchases for resale, (probably why he gets so many referrals and repeat customers) plus the fact that all vehicles get a top class service before being sold. I needed a car for my partner (an Audi) phoned Alex he said he had one in stock, and that it was "in very nice condition" so without seeing in the "flesh" so to speak and no test drive, I bought it over the phone, there and then. This earned me a massive amount of "Brownie points" and since purchase 15 month ago has never missed a beat. Want a top quality second hand car, don't waste your time looking else where, go and speak to Alex. There is nowhere else I choose to take my car for service, because I want the best for my pride and joy.

Purchased my first car from theses guys, Alex was very helpfull from the start only a £1200 corsa, but they treated me with respect and if it was £12000. Came cleaned moted and they even gave it a service. Will be going back.
